Typically, such positions will command total remuneration packages in excess of £100,000 per annum – often significantly higher.

Detailed Candidate Identification, Assessment and Benchmarking underpin our core Recruitment proposition. We have adopted a hybrid approach to our Market Research: Using the most up-to-date information sources and technology available, whilst recognising that in a “People” business, professional networking and simply picking up the phone can have an important role to play as well.
Consulting
We offer a range of additional Services including confidential Competitor benchmarking, Compensation & Benefits reviews, Psychometric Assessment & Testing, Acquisition, Merger or Dispersal advice, or Individual Coaching and Mentoring, each of which which can be used on either a complementary or stand-alone basis alongside our core services.
