Formally retained by a Client to help identify and recruit a team of individuals to enable the establishment of a brand new Wealth Management operation in a major UK city.
Using a robust Executive Search process and methodology, a number of potential Candidates were identified and assessed – each operating across three separate and distinct businesses.
Ensuring that a legally compliant and continuous “audit trail” of every Candidate was undertaken throughout the six months duration of the assignment, we successfully delivered a team of 12 Investment Managers who, together with associated support staff, currently manage in excess of £1.2 billion of Client assets.
