Retained by a Tier 1 Professional Services organisation to provide a detailed assessment of peer-group retirement benefits and incentive packages.
A trend had been identified where key professionals were resigning from the Client organisation (typically 5 years ahead of planned retirement dates) on the basis that more attractive remuneration and benefits packages were available elsewhere. We presented findings together with relevant recommendations (including the implementation of more flexible office / home working patterns), all of which were adopted by the Client. Staff retention rates subsequently improved dramatically, for minimal extra cost to the employer.
