We’re a small, close-knit team with the principal Consultants of the business having worked together for over twenty years.
We would like to think that we are a friendly, approachable bunch, reliable and trustworthy, discreet when needed, who work hard to support each other and our valued Clients too.
Given the complexities and often confidential nature of our work, we believe that our professionalism, integrity, experience and credibility are all essential requirements of a trusted recruitment partner. We are proud of the fact that every member of our team, without exception, has worked directly within the specialist sectors they serve. Put another way, we hope we are perceived as being professional, highly experienced and credible service providers, where a practical understanding of your business is a given.
As individuals, we have been privileged to partner with some of the most prestigious global businesses for nearly 30 years: Whether British, European or International, large or small, established or start-up, our core strength lies in our exhaustive knowledge of the industries we continue to serve.
As early as 1995 we had recognised a growing demand for talented and experienced people within in the UK’s Regional Wealth Management sector and were the first to develop a particular specialism in this field. Since then, our experience and reputation has grown markedly and where we believe our knowledge of these Regional markets remains unsurpassed to this day.
We’ve grown further as well, broadening into synergistic areas of the Financial, Legal and Professional Services sectors, with a reach which extends across the UK and Ireland, the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, throughout Continental Europe and Internationally too.
Finally, at Executive Dynamics, we do things a little bit differently because we understand the difference between recruitment rhetoric and reality:
Our business model is simple. We’re most definitely not into volume-driven assignment work, candidate interview numbers or individual sales targets. Instead, our approach is always client focussed, is always bespoke and entails a meticulous Search process and methodology that can be audited by clients.
We are relentless about getting the basics right: “Delivering outstanding service, a courteous and ethical approach to clients and candidates, ensuring we fully and properly understand your needs, detailed knowledge of the market and, responsiveness towards every single Client – without exception.”

Simone has worked with us for almost seven years and wears several hats – managing the office generally, keeping the rest of the team organised and, most importantly, is responsible for the execution of the research element of our assignment activity – this being a pivotal element to the successful delivery of every project we work on.
Having enjoyed several years working in recruitment before joining us, Simone is the consummate multi-tasker – both in terms of the invaluable support she provides here in the office, and as mother to three young daughters.
