We take your privacy very seriously. However, you also have a legitimate right to know what information we might hold on you. 


We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that (as a designated Data Controller) Executive Dynamics Ltd. remains compliant with GDPR Regulations at all times.


Given the nature of our business – Recruitment typically using an Executive Search methodology – then personal information we are most likely to hold will probably be contained within a Curriculum Vitae or other similar template document. This is likely to include personal information and contact details, academic and professional qualifications, achievements and memberships, as well as any career history to date. In a number of cases, you may well have also volunteered your current salary and remuneration details to us, and this is likely to have been recorded on file too – either electronically or in hard copy.


Confidentiality and discretion sit at the very heart of our business dealings and you can be unconditionally assured that the same principles will be applied to personal information you have chosen to share with us.


We will never release information to a third party without having received your express permission for us to do so, but should you have any questions about how we store and use personal or associated information, then please do not hesitate to contact us.
